Plans and billing

The plans

Prices are in US dollars and billed by Shopify, on your normal Shopify bill. Pro and Plus start with a 7-day free trial.

What each plan unlocks

• Most campaign types work on every plan, Free included.
• Thank-you page offers need a paid plan (Pro or Plus). They don’t need Shopify Plus.
• Checkout cross-sells need the Plus plan and a store on Shopify Plus, because Shopify only allows these checkout blocks on Plus stores. If your store moves off Shopify Plus, cross-sells stop showing at checkout.
• Development stores get every feature free, with no order limit.

What counts as a discounted order

The Free plan counts orders that used a discount from this app. An order counts once, however many of the app’s discounts it used. That includes orders where:

• the shopper used a discount code made in the app;
• one of the app’s automatic discounts applied, such as a quantity discount, cart goal, bundle, Buy X get Y or free gift;
• the discount came from a magic link, QR code or behaviour trigger;
• the order included products reduced by a running bulk price sale.

Orders with no discount from the app don’t count.

The monthly period

The count runs over a 30-day period that starts with your first discounted order. When the period ends, the count goes back to zero and the next discounted order starts a new period. You can see the count on Home under Discounted orders this period, and the date the period ends on the Plans page.

If you regularly have more than 10 discounted orders a month, move to Pro.

Upgrade or start a trial

1. In the app menu, click Plans.
2. Choose Pay monthly or Pay yearly. Yearly billing saves 33%.
3. Click Start 7-day trial on the plan you want.
4. Shopify opens its plan page for the app. Confirm the plan there and approve the charge.

You won’t be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Switch or cancel

• To move between Pro and Plus, go to Plans and click the button on the plan you want. You confirm the change on Shopify’s plan page.
• The button on your current plan is greyed out. To switch the same plan between monthly and yearly billing, open Shopify’s plan page from another plan’s button and pick the billing option there, or email us and we’ll help.
• To go back to Free, click Downgrade on the Free plan and confirm on Shopify’s page.
• Uninstalling the app also ends your subscription. Before you uninstall, end any bulk price sales so your original prices are put back. The app’s Settings page has an Uninstall app link that reminds you about this and shows how many days are left in your billing period.
